We slept really well here. The room was basic but comfortable, with a good mattress and pillows, fresh towels each morning, and daily cleaning. The modern air conditioning cooled it quickly, and it was super quiet at night. There was no TV or other frills, but in Rome we only needed a place to sleep, so those extras would just cost more for no reason. The location is fantastic: very close to the subway and the Opera house, and within walking distance of the Colisseum, the Forum, the Palatino, the Spanish steps, the Fontana di Trevi, and Roma Termini. My reason for not giving five stars is the claim that breakfast is included. A few packaged croissants and cartons of 100% artificial orange juice in a tiny fridge by reception aren't what most guests expect as breakfast. Please drop it or improve it. You're already offering a great service for a great price, and calling this breakfast only hurts your credibility and brings complaints. I definitely recommend the place and would come back. It's a good price for a great location and a comfortable bed, with no need to add breakfast!

The hotel was okay, but management posted a fake review in our name on Booking.com, giving the hotel a 10. Potential guests should be aware that other positive reviews may also be fake and written by the hotel itself.

It was okay, but when we went to the kitchen around 8:30 AM, there was only coffee for breakfast. I assume everyone had gotten up earlier and eaten everything that day. They charge Monnet for a 'late arrival' if you get there after 10PM, even if you're lost. They told us, "for us, it does not matter if you came from airplane, train, bike, taxi, etc"

Tea, coffee, and snacks were available around the clock. There were lots of shops nearby, plus two supermarkets, Spar (on Via Nazionale) and Carrefour Express (on Via Napoli). The place is right in central Rome, close to the Spanish steps and Trevi, and you can walk to Termini or metro Repubblica.

The staff were kind and funny. The room was comfortable and suited us, and the bathroom was cozy. It's near lepublica station and termini. I recommend this B&B.
