We booked this a few months ago, when it was formerly called La Perla a San Pietro. On the very day we were transferring to the location, after arriving in Rome, we got a call saying our room had been cancelled for no reason. We had to find somewhere else in a hurry.

Terrible. They still won't refund your money even if you cancelled on time.

We stayed with them on New Year's Eve, my boyfriend and I, and they were incredibly kind, efficient, and available whenever we needed them. The king room is perfect for a few days of relaxing in comfort in Rome, and the location is excellent. Parking was almost always easy to find. Breakfast was excellent too, and check-in and checkout times caused no problems.

This is a handy spot if you're visiting the Vatican, and the property is quite nice, on the ground floor of a building. Our room looked out onto a rather dirty shared garden. The room was tidy and completely new, but the cleaning could have been better. A chair or luggage rack would help, so guests don't have to leave their bags open on the floor. Because of COVID-19, the breakfast room wasn't available and they offered guests no alternative. There are bars near St. Peter's, although some were closed, and the quality at some of them was truly poor.
