We stayed in the grand suite and really enjoyed the balcony. The complimentary snacks were a great idea, and the staff were lovely and helped us with everything we needed. The location is superb, with everywhere within walking distance. The city tax was good too, since it varies depending on the hotel. We’d definitely come back.

The rooms feel a bit old-fashioned, but they have the equipment you need for a visit, and the beds are really comfortable. The bathrooms could be designed better. Still, for the price and location, it’s worth it. Pretty much every tourist attraction is nearby, around a 10-20 minute walk.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location is right in the center. When we arrived, the staff looked after our bags until check-in, then gave us a free upgrade and a bottle of wine. Everyone was very friendly. I stayed for two nights with my boyfriend and would highly recommend it. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

The room was spacious and warm, with high ceilings, a cozy bed, a window, and a private shower and WC. Everything was clean and well equipped. I stayed one night on 14/01/26 and had a very pleasant experience. Because my flight was at night, I asked if I could check in early at 11:00 a.m. They arranged it without any trouble, and I really appreciated their understanding and flexibility. The accommodation is very central, just a few minutes on foot from Termini Station, the Colosseum, and many other major sights. There’s also a small guest corner beside reception that’s open 24/7 and free to use. It has glasses and cups, a coffee machine, microwave, kettle, and fridge, along with complimentary milk, juice, yogurt, croissants, cookies, and more. Such a thoughtful touch that made the stay more comfortable. Rome has so much history and culture to explore, and this was a great base for it. Thank you for the kind welcome and hospitality. This is my personal experience, and I sincerely recommend the place. Highly recommended.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and the shower had warm water. Check-in is upstairs and there’s a small lift, though the king jacuzzi room is on the ground floor. The location is great and the price was reasonable. The only reason I’d give the room four stars is that the jacuzzi either didn’t work or we couldn’t figure out how to use it. We were busy around Rome, so I only tried it once. It could be a little noisy during the day, but it got quieter at night, or we were just too tired to notice.
