NH Collection Roma Giustiniano Hotel

The balcony made for a romantic dinner and a lovely view. The room itself was nice and clean, and Roberta was courteous, professional, friendly, and full of helpful information. She also upgraded us so we could see the Vatican Museum Dome. The guest service team were very friendly, and we appreciated their thoughtful hospitality. The one issue was getting towels: we were given just one bath towel and a washcloth, and had to call twice before the rest arrived. Otherwise, everything pleased us. I’m giving four stars because there’s still room for improvement.

The location gives you a quieter, more residential side of the city, while still being close enough to walk a few minutes and reach the central excitement. Michelle made us feel welcome, especially since it was my first time in Rome, and gave us great food suggestions. She was accommodating throughout our stay. The whole NH collections team made the visit wonderful, with timely, lovely service. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place in Rome.

Some rooms are better than others, so ask for a street-facing room or you may end up looking at AC units. The rooms are okay, and the air conditioning worked well. The location is great, and the cleaning staff are wonderful, hardworking, and pleasant. Staff service can be hit or miss depending on the day. There are no English-language news channels. I’ve asked three times and keep being told they’re working on it.

There are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance, and we’d come back. Our room was spacious, though the bathroom was tiny, and the balcony was lovely. The room style was less modern than we’d hoped, but the water pressure was good. We didn’t have any problems, and the staff were helpful when we had questions, especially Marco and Michelle.
