The room was comfortable and very clean, and the location is great, right by Villa Borghese. The woman on the phone and the cleaners were all friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that Booking.com said breakfast would be provided, but they don't offer it. Be prepared to spend a lot on food in Roma The Eternal City!

Victoria's service was especially good, and the hotel's rooms were comfortable and well equipped. We had a very pleasant stay. It's in a good location, around 20 minutes on foot from Fontana di Trevi and other sights. Highly recommended.

The location is great, and they have what you need for a few days, apart from breakfast. It's hard to find the entrance because there's no hotel sign on the street. Service was okay, but no receptionists were there during our stay, so communication was difficult.

Getting in touch with the staff on WhatsApp throughout our stay was a big help. They were all friendly, and the room was clean and neat. After a booking.com mix-up, they kindly upgraded us at no extra charge. We had a wonderful time at Nice Rome Holiday.

A lovely, atmospheric little place to get away from the extra noise for a bit. The rooms were kept clean and the service was friendly. It’s not a fancy luxury hotel, but the location is great for getting around on foot or by electric scooter. There was definitely the best restaurant in the area just around the corner.
