Daniel was great, friendly, punctual, and always willing to help. The staff were wonderfully welcoming, and breakfast room service was excellent. The room and property were clean, cozy, and smelled fresh. You're just a stone's throw from the center of the Eternal City. I recommend the property to everyone. Beautiful, beautiful. Hugs from Raffaello and Paola.

The bathroom shower was yellow and dirty, and I couldn't bring myself to use it. There was dust all over the bathroom radiator, only two matching towels, and no soap. The floor was dirty, with a finished candy wrapper that definitely wasn't mine. I saw what looked like mites everywhere, found hairs on the sheets, and they stank. There was mold above the air conditioners, too. A nightmare stay. Never again!

The location was really convenient, with the city center within walking distance and the airport reachable by train. Daniel speaks fluent English and French and explains things quickly. I'd recommend this hostel-style apartment for a big group, or at least three people per room. He'll accommodate a tourist without a second thought. Business is business.

There's a kitchenette guests can use for breakfast, and the room is modern. The bed was generally comfortable, too. It's a welcoming B&B, handy for public transport and close to Trastevere Station. A good base for staying in Rome and getting to know the city.
