Be careful booking here. Our group of four had reserved three rooms, two singles and one double, through separate bookings, weeks before the trip when prices were reasonable and rooms were available. Just three days before we were due to arrive, the hotel told us all the reservations had been cancelled, with no compensation and no solution offered. We were given different reasons: one booking was blamed on leaks in two rooms, another on overlapping reservations. With so little notice, prices elsewhere were extremely high and there was practically no reasonably priced availability. The service was the worst I've come across, and the hotel feels unreliable.

The bathroom was a highlight, especially the shower with its multifunctional column. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Rome. The location is excellent, well connected and only minutes from Vatican City. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the property managers were helpful and quick to answer the phone. Highly recommended.

I stayed at this local accommodation in May 2026. It was clean and well looked after, in a good location, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We spent a week at O Effe Games - Vatican in March 2025, and it was a really good stay. The room was pleasant, the bed was great, and it was very clean, with what we needed for a comfortable visit. There are cafes, restaurants and supermarkets in the area, and a station on Rome's central metro line is very close. The airport shuttle bus stop is nearby too. The person who welcomed us was very kind and helpful. Orlando was always pleasant and quick to answer our questions about transport and other things. It was a great experience.

The owner was very kind, and the accommodation worked perfectly for our stay in Rome. It's close to Cornelia metro station, and the shower is modern, with massage jets. A superb experience.
