The staff we met were really friendly and accommodating, and the place is very close to Rome's major sights. It's a small place tucked down a backstreet, though, with no lift, so be ready to carry your bags up one flight of stairs. There isn't really a reception. Recommended.

Staff were always glad to help online and answer questions. For self-check-in, they send detailed instructions on how to find the place and get inside. The morning after we arrived, they checked how things had gone, which was lovely. They also shared ideas for visiting Rome, including restaurants and cafes. Our room was warm, bright, and nice. I only felt let down by the dust up high when you looked up. Everything else was amazing, and I'd definitely recommend staying here 😍

The staff were very helpful, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. The location was good too. Still, the room was dark and noisy at night, and the quality didn't feel worth the price.

Good thing we booked this “suite” for just 1 night. The bed was the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on, basically a foam mattress. There's no lift, so don't stay here with luggage. The sound insulation is poor as well.

Everything's easy to get to from this place. Best spot.
