Apartments Oriana Homèl Roma

We stayed two nights in standard apartment 700. It was clean and roomy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Carlo and the lady who helped at checkout. The location was very convenient. I only wish the bed were a little bigger and more comfortable, and the shower had a bit more space.

The airport shuttle was a real plus. The lady who drove us on Thursday morning was fantastic. At check-in, Alberto was welcoming and helpful, and went the extra mile. He has a great way with guests, and we were impressed. Checkout with him went smoothly, and we got all the information we needed. One disappointment: there was no linen or room service for guests who requested it, and we feel it should be included at no extra charge. Thanks again.

We walked everywhere from this clean, spacious little apartment, which is near everything. The staff were friendly and very helpful. There’s a taxi area at the back of the building, which is handy, but we didn’t need a taxi or even a Hop-on-Hop-Off bus ticket. Loved staying here and highly recommend it.

I spent four nights here and would recommend the place and return. The apartment is modern, spacious, recently renovated, and right near the Trevi Fountain. The old building has a heritage feel, and because of city regulations some features, such as the compact but useful elevator and central AC system, can’t be upgraded. A supermarket and a bus and taxi pickup point are nearby. The room has high-quality Italian-brand amenities and two physical keys, one for the building entrance and one for the apartment. Staff follow up before arrival and keep in touch throughout the stay. They’re exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the front desk is conveniently open from 8 AM to 9 PM. You can leave luggage before check-in or after checkout while the desk is open, and request room cleaning for a fee. A few things to know: the bedroom AC is connected to the central system, so you can’t set its temperature separately, unlike the living room AC, which you can control manually. The central location means some street and nearby activity noise, as you’d expect in a busy tourist area. The water heater is small, so people showering one after another may need to leave some time between showers to keep the water hot. The bathroom handles were a little loose and could detach from the main axis; staff knew about it and said it would be fixed soon. None of that changed my overall rating.
