The owner is lovely, and the B&B was a very nice experience. I felt safe in the neighborhood, and the rooms looked clean and updated as soon as I saw them. Breakfast had a charming feel and plenty of choices. This will be my first choice for a hotel in Roma.

I was there during the Italian Cup final, and the location worked perfectly for the Olympic Stadium. The owners were friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable and, above all, clean. Breakfast had a good variety, and the refrigerator was well stocked. It's an independent place, and I'd definitely recommend it.

Back for my second stay, and the B&B was just as welcoming and clean. It's in the Prati neighborhood, a beautiful and peaceful area. The included breakfast was varied and generous. Mrs. Flaminia, the owner and manager, is a big part of what makes the place special. She's so friendly.

This was our second time here, and Mrs. Flaminia was again a very kind and professional host. The service is impeccable, right down to the clean room, the attention to detail, and the genuinely comfortable bed. Breakfast included homemade cakes, with special options for people with celiac disease. Thank you for everything, and see you soon! 😉
