My four-night stay for four adults was booked back in September 2022, for May 15, 2023, in what I understood to be a two-bedroom apartment. At check-in, I was told there was a problem with the room and taken to a single room with a queen bed and two bunks. I said that wasn't acceptable, and suddenly a two-bedroom place across the hall was available for 1,000 euros for the stay. This felt like a classic bait and switch. They said I couldn't get a refund, but we'll see about that. I also plan to seek compensation because I had to find a hotel at short notice, which wasn't cheap. Stay away from this scam.

Termini is very close, and plenty of attractions are within walking distance. The place itself is spacious, clean, and has all the appliances you need for a comfortable stay. Booking was easy, and it felt well worth it.

The decor and furniture have a 1970s feel, though everything is tidy and clean. There's a lot of space, with two roomy bedrooms and a kitchen stocked with what you need, including tea, coffee, drinks, and breakfast pastries. It felt comfortable and homelike, especially for a family with a couple of kids. Franco was kind and very helpful. Thanks to him.

Franco was friendly, easy to reach, and ready to help with anything we needed. I'd gladly come back for his hospitality. The rooms and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the kitchen had a nice surprise: snacks, water, juice, coffee, and milk for guests. The place is almost beside Termini, so getting around is easy.
