The Metro station is right outside the building, with cafes, restaurants and shops all nearby. You can also walk to all the sights. We had a pleasant stay at this guesthouse and would definitely recommend it.

The room was just right for us. It’s small, but clean, and that’s all you really need when you spend the rest of your time exploring Rome. The location is great, close to both Vatican City and the Metro.

We went to Rome in the slow season and wanted somewhere near the historic sites, so we looked around the Vatican and found Blue Suite Vatican Guesthouse. It’s lovely and cozy, about five blocks from the Vatican museums and two minutes from the Ottavino subway station. The place was super chilled, very clean, and the internet was really fast. Our host, Alfredo, was always available with recommendations and help finding tickets for the Vatican museums or a Colosseum guided tour, plus maps and other tourist information. He made us feel comfortable. We can highly recommend Blue Suite.

The room hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived. The owner said it would be taken care of within an hour, but nothing happened, so we left. Breakfast was store-bought croissants and a couple of tea bags. Avoid this place.

The service was very good, and the staff were always friendly. Rooms were consistently clean, and there’s service around the clock. The location is in the heart of Rome, with transport easy to use.
