Palazzo delle Pietre Luxury Apartments

Palazzo delle Pietre felt like our own little apartment in the heart of Rome. Our spacious, beautifully designed room had everything we needed, including a kitchen and patio. The property is lovely, and its central location made a great base for exploring, with restaurants, shops, and historic sites all within easy walking distance. It was still peaceful and comfortable to return to at the end of the day. The team were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout, offering recommendations, answering questions, and making sure we had what we needed. They even surprised my husband with a small birthday cake and handwritten note, such a thoughtful touch that showed how much care they put into the guest experience. The apartment was close to shops, places to eat, and the pantheon, and we had a great experience there. Every morning there were fresh croissants and bread from a local bakery, and we could make espresso in the room. We also made a full breakfast one morning using the groceries provided in the fridge. I was surprised by how much was included, since so many hotels charge for everything. From the moment we arrived, the service was top notch and the attention to detail was amazing. We got a tour of the apartment and were greeted with a bottle of champagne. I can’t recommend staying here enough. Thank you for making our stay so great!

We were there for weeks, and Palazzo delle Pietre made our time in Rome feel like the trip of a lifetime. We’re grateful to the owners and staff, which is why I’m writing a review even though I rarely do. The service was incredible. Everyone was attentive, quick to bring whatever we needed, and always cheerful. They also helped us choose and book some of the best restaurants in town. Our room stayed spotless and was always fully stocked. The rooftop was lovely for an evening drink and a game of backgammon. After days of sightseeing, the modern steam room was a welcome reset, and the fitness center had advanced Technogym equipment. Our suite was tastefully done, with beautiful artwork throughout. The location worked just as well, close to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. It would suit a shorter visit too. We HIGHLY recommend it.

The rooftop sitting area, with drinks beneath the Roman sky, was a highlight for us. Inside, the elegant decor includes Roman artifacts dating back to the 1st century, and the accommodations felt five star. We spent three days at Palazzo Delle Pietre this past week. We’d recently traveled from South American cities to European ones, and this was a real gem, the best place we’d stayed in a long time. It’s convenient for restaurants, food, Navonna, and other sights. The 24 hour service was wonderful. We’d happily stay again.
