Palazzo Scanderbeg

We had a really good stay. The room was beautifully decorated and everything felt new, and the hotel is in a fantastic spot, just a one-minute walk from Trevi. All the main sights are walkable from there. Every staff member was lovely and helped with whatever we asked. The only drawback was that breakfast choices were limited.

I'm fussy about hotels, so I was pleasantly surprised by this one. The service was excellent from booking right through checkout, and Eduardo especially made the stay better for us. The rooms were spacious, and we liked having breakfast brought to our room each morning. Trevi is only a short walk away, which means you can get there early before the crowds. We really didn't want to leave.

The location was a real highlight, with great food, shopping, gelato and Trevi fountain all less than a three-minute walk away. The hotel itself was lovely too, with clean, spacious rooms and friendly, cheerful staff. Each time we passed through the lobby, someone greeted us with a smile and offered help. A wonderful stay.

We spent four nights here at the start of our several-week honeymoon in Rome, and this was easily our best stay. The location is superb, just steps from the Trevi Fountain, yet the hotel feels tucked away and peaceful. The service and amenities were hard to beat. Check-in was easy and pleasant, and we were shown straight to our Deluxe Room. It was very spacious and well appointed. The mini bar was fully stocked, included in the room rate, and they explained the daily breakfast options too. Breakfast is made to order and brought right to the room. We loved starting each morning that way. The staff were attentive and helpful without hovering. You could see how much they cared about their work and the property. We'd happily recommend staying here, and hope to come back someday.
