The service was awful, and no one ever replied to our messages. We were given two separate beds even though we were a couple. The green paint all over the walls looked ugly too. This doesn't feel like a 4-star hotel at all.

The owner greeted us at check-in and was really friendly. The rooms are nice and have air conditioning. The beds have springs, though, and could use a topper to make them more comfortable.

Clean, nice place for a bed and breakfast, and the tram is only 3 minutes from the apartment.

For the price per night, this place is a real gem. The staff were very helpful. Highly recommend it.
