Outside there are restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, and all the sights are within walking distance. The hosts were extremely polite, and I'd come back to this hotel. We had an amazing 5-day vacation in Rome, helped along by the hotel's great location. Our room was on the 4th floor. The street was loud, but we couldn't hear the noise up there. The room felt brand new and was very spacious, with a king bed and a sofa. The bathroom was really comfortable too.

The location is about as central as you can get, a stone's throw from Piazza Navona, and all the main sights in Rome and the Vatican are easy to reach on foot. The building is a refurbished old mansion, with much of its original structure retained as it should be in Rome. The old tiles have been restored where possible, though some are cracked. The rooms feel modern and quiet, the bathrooms are a high standard, and the beds are very good. There's no kitchen, but the room has coffee, tea, and a small fridge. A breakfast spot is just 5 meters from the front door, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, with good food at reasonable prices. The rooms are good quality, the price is acceptable, and there was no traffic noise.

The kitchen was a welcome bonus after we'd spent a few weeks travelling in Rome. We could cook some dishes we'd really missed. The location was the main reason we chose this place: it's within walking distance, 1 km or more, of all the must-see spots. We walked to Trevi, the Pantheon, St peters basilica, Spanish Steps, colosseum, Piazza navarro, and compo de fiori. There are lots of restaurants serving good local food and desserts, a nicely stocked grocery right beside it, and laundry just a few meters away.

We found ourselves needing a room at 5 pm on the day of our stay, after leaving the first hotel we'd booked because it felt so sketchy. I called this place, and the owner answered personally and got us a room, even though they'd normally be closed by then. He was such a lifesaver, and incredibly kind. He even walked us to the local restaurant next door and helped us get seated during the busy dinner rush. The room was amazing, with a gorgeous balcony view, and the location was perfect, on the cutest street in Rome and walkable to every major site. I'm writing this about 3 years after visiting because I almost never leave reviews, but the place is still on my mind. 1000/10, can't recommend it enough!

Even though the hotel was so central, it was remarkably quiet at night, and the small grocery next door, nearby shops, and walkable major sights made the location hard to beat. Our room was spotless and cleaned daily. The staff were warm, friendly, and went out of their way to help us throughout the stay. We arrived late, but the hotel had arranged smooth transportation. The driver was punctual, professional, and kept in touch on WhatsApp. Check-in was easy despite the late hour. We had a wonderful stay, and the place exceeded our expectations. I'd gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome for its comfort, convenience, and hospitality.
