A free beach was just a minute away, so we had plenty of time to enjoy it. The connection to Rome was handy too: the Lido Centro Ostia metro costs only 3 euros for a round trip, and getting into the center was quick. We also found it easy to reach Fiumicino Airport on the Cotral bus, which we'd recommend. We stayed in a huge penthouse facing the sea with three adults and a small child. There was plenty of room, and it was comfortable and convenient. The service was excellent, and they took our requests into account. Alisa, the Russian-speaking manager, helped us with everything and explained it all in English to my husband. The warm welcome made our vacation in Ostia unforgettable. We'll be back, and we'll book directly for the discount you promised ;)
