Santa Croce In Gerusalemme Apartment

Breakfast was great, with a good selection and different options each morning. We could choose a time, and it was always on time. The room was spacious and clean, which suited us since we were only there to sleep. The bathroom was separate from the bedroom, but that was no problem; the shower was warm, and they provided shampoo, soap and fresh towels. A lovely lady greeted us, gave us the keys and showed us the room. Finding the hotel took us a while at first, it's on the same side as the supermarket, a few doors down. We felt safe, and the location worked well, about a 10-minute walk from the metro and 20 minutes from the Colosseum. The hotel was perfect for what we needed. Thanks so much, we'll be back next year!

The toilet was outside our room, which was the only downside. We got used to it, though, and it wasn't too bad. The hotel is fairly cheap but good, with a great location and a clean, spacious room. Breakfast was good and large, one of the few places we found that served a bigger breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised that the room was cleaned every day. I'd recommend this B&B for good value.

Gabriella brought a great breakfast to the room, with all the essentials, and was super nice. The room was very spacious, with a double bed and a single bed, and had a nice view from the fourth floor. The modern bathroom was private, though we had to walk down the hallway to get to it. The staff were very kind.

Breakfast came in a cart to the door each day, and we could set its delivery time, though I think 8 am was the earliest. It was decent rather than outstanding, with coffee, hot milk, pastries, toast, butter, jam, yogurt and other things. They may change what's offered over time. The apartment is on the fourth floor, but there's an elevator, and you get keys for the building, apartment, room and bathroom. Everything was clean and tidy. My room was spacious, with a mini fridge, kettle, tea cups, water glasses, heating and air conditioning. I was there in winter and the heater worked great. The bathroom wasn't attached to the room, but it was private to me and had a nice shower. Pamela and Felice, the owner, were both really nice and helpful. The location was great, near Manzoni station. They can also book a transfer that picks you up at the door and drops you at the right part of the airport. It cost 45 euros when I wrote this, though that may change. One of the best places I've stayed, and I definitely recommend it.
