We were really looking forward to staying here, but what we found didn’t look like the listing, and we felt uneasy about spending the night. We brought our concerns to the staff, hoping to sort things out. The person we spoke with was dismissive, then became defensive and aggressive when we explained why we were unhappy. It was upsetting to ask for help and be treated that way. After that, the manager called many times but didn’t let us explain our concerns, speaking over us instead. We no longer felt comfortable at the property, so we left without staying. The room itself was disappointing, but the way the situation was handled made the experience especially negative. A more understanding response from the staff could have made a real difference.
