I booked this room through booking.com almost 10 months ahead for a one-night stay with my family, before our Disney cruise the next day. Two weeks before the trip, they cancelled, saying they were “overbooked.” Since I’d booked nearly 10 months in advance, it seems clear they gave the room to someone staying longer. Booking.com told me I couldn’t review the room because the reservation had been cancelled. That makes me wonder how many other people were cancelled this way, with no way to leave that information on the site. We had to scramble for a new place two weeks before travelling, which was ridiculous and stressful. If you gamble on booking this room, be aware they could cancel at any point and you may have no recourse. Knowing that, I never would have booked. I’d avoid this place unless you’re willing to risk being cancelled too.

Stay away. I have a booking at this hotel and have been trying to cancel it, but nobody replies to my email, WhatsApp messages, or the online contact form. As others have said, this place is a scam.

The listing and photos were misleading, and this place didn’t meet even basic standards of hospitality. I wouldn’t recommend it or say it’s worth the money or trouble. I stayed in this “hotel” for four days, and there was no hot water the whole time, even though the weather was cold. When we raised it, the owner said it wasn’t his problem, claimed it had nothing to do with the hotel, and blamed us for expecting hot water. Breakfast was just a cold croissant and coffee, served about a 15-minute walk away rather than at the hotel. It’s on the third floor of an ordinary building, with no sign or reception, and feels more like a private apartment. There are only two rooms, with no real privacy, services, or staff on site. The location is inconvenient and misleading too.
