The person who checked us in was very unfriendly and arrogant. I was there with children, and check-in took more than 1.5 hours in the evening. They could have settled the city tax at departure, but instead the employee waited for the transfer to go through, even though the two rooms had been paid for. They also took a 200 euro deposit without providing documents. What was it for, having 10 euros in your meager bar? This is the hotel owners' inadequacy. I will never visit again under any circumstances. You're on my blacklist.

The room was noisy, uncomfortable, poorly maintained, and I couldn't rest properly. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It didn't feel like a 4-star stay. The door seemed loose and easy to remove, which left me feeling unsafe. The location was inconvenient too, not close to major attractions and making it unnecessarily difficult to get around. Soundproofing was very poor. I could clearly hear people talking in the corridor, as well as trains and cars outside. The room was stuffy and poorly ventilated. My face turned red and I felt unwell as soon as I went in. The broken air conditioning control meant I couldn't use it properly. Even on “cool,” it blew warm air, and I couldn't sleep well at all. The shower was also very uncomfortable: weak water pressure and water that kept switching between hot and cold.

The place was decent, but the €7.50 per person per day tourist tax felt expensive. The room, especially the bathroom, wasn’t very clean, and I couldn’t get the shower water to a steady temperature. It kept swinging between hot and cold.

The food, conference facilities, rooms, and staff were all very nice, and the rates felt well worth it. Being close to Roma Termini was handy, though the noise around the station was a downside.
