Rita made a great impression, she was so friendly and helpful. She pointed out the best sights and local spots for food and coffee. The apartment was cozy and super clean, with lots of breakfast snacks and coffee left for us. We had a lovely stay and will definitely come back.

Good evening. Could you tell me whether it's possible to check in with a five-year-old child?

We were left out on the street at night with no solution after our train was delayed. They couldn't wait even one hour, and the manager, Rita, was rude and impolite. She sent messages in capital letters and, although she barely speaks English, answered the phone with only “Yes” or “No,” then repeated that it wasn't a hotel and they wouldn't wait for us. We'd already paid for two nights, but decided not to stay the second night. We were told this was a private apartment, not a hotel, and it seems no one is there at night to manage things. They only seem to care about the money, which of course won't be reimbursed. I doubt Rita is the owner. It all felt like an apartment without proper control, with someone just handling check-in and check-out. A disappointing experience. I'd stay away from Rita and the place.

The person in charge is rude, and everything is a lie!!!!!! The service is very bad. Don't go, I wouldn't recommend it.
