I'm still angry about this, and it ruined my Rome trip. Booking.com listed a parking space and a charging station, but there was no charging station. Since there wasn't a parking spot at the hotel either, we spent an hour and a half looking for one, then paid 24 euros a day for parking 500 meters away. It was 36 degrees outside and we had to carry our luggage. With the supercharger and parking costs coming to 50 euros total, we could have found a better hotel. I'm not even sure this is a hotel, it felt more like an apartment. I wouldn't recommend it. I gave it 1/5 because of the dishonesty and the overcharge.

Cozy place, and not far from the Metro.

The only positive was that they responded quickly when we raised the bed problem. We were allowed to move to another room on the first evening, and it was much better, but unfortunately we had to move back. They repaired the slatted frame, which then held up for the rest of our five-night stay. The apartment smelled awful when we walked in, and the bathroom had a strong sewage smell and wasn't very clean. The first time we lay on the bed, its slats fell out of their holders. We put them back ourselves, but the same thing happened again soon after. Reception was never staffed, so we could only communicate through WhatsApp. A very disappointing stay, and I can't recommend this place.

The location is central, on a fairly busy road in a shopping area. But the room had a sewage smell, and a water pressure pump hummed every 10 minutes, around the clock. There was no fix, apology, or anything. Reception was never staffed, just an old, cluttered counter about 1.5 meters wide. Everything was self-service or handled on WhatsApp. Don't spend extra on breakfast, it's not worth it. There are plenty of nice breakfast spots nearby. The place is old, dated, and dirty, with a lot of damp and mold in the shower. I don't understand the good reviews, unless they're very old or paid. If my budget had been bigger, I would have booked somewhere else and wouldn't have stayed here longer.
