The apartment was on a quiet little street, away from the tourist crowds, with a metro station right downstairs and easy connections. Two well-known gelato shops nearby were both delicious. The room matched its description, and it was completely quiet when we went to bed early in the evening because of the time difference. We arrived much earlier than expected, but the brother and sister hosting us replied quickly and came early in the hot weather to help us check in. During our second night, my child became very sick, which inconvenienced the host. I felt bad and anxious, alone caring for my child, but the host was understanding and comforted me. The two women who helped with cleaning were kind and helpful too. Their support meant a lot to me, and meeting such good people right after arriving in Italy was touching. I really miss the place and highly recommend it.

There was plenty of space in the clean, comfortable rooms, and the wardrobes were roomy enough. A small safe was available for valuables, along with a kitchen with some supplies and unlimited coffee. Breakfast choices were good, and you could also pick up pizza nearby and heat it in the oven. The owner was kind and very helpful, and the place is lovely and affordable in Roma. From Roma termini, take Metro C, and the station is close to the accommodation.

The breakfast was mostly sugary, so we bought healthier choices at a nearby supermarket. Communication in English was difficult because the staff barely understood it, though WhatsApp made the initial arrangements go smoothly. Checkout was confusing too. The note in our room said 10 to 12, but staff said we needed to leave by 10 because another guest was arriving at 11. We ended up leaving at 10:30, and clearer communication would have helped. I stayed for a few days with my son. The apartment was well maintained, recently renovated, and modern-looking, with a nice room and staff. It's in a good location and was great value overall. I recommend it.

We really liked staying here. The hosts were attentive and kind, the rooms were very clean, and the jacuzzi was great. Breakfast was simple, just a nice start to the day. Metro line A is about a two-minute walk from the building. The Wi-Fi kept working for a few minutes and then cutting out for a few minutes. I'm not sure why, so I just used mobile data. Maybe our room was too far from the router.

At B&B Suite and Rooms - San Giovanni, I got a warm welcome in the lobby and check-in was quick and easy. The staff were attentive throughout, offering local suggestions, arranging transportation, and simply being friendly. Their care made the stay feel comfortable. The central location made it easy to see nearby sights and landmarks. It seems suited to both leisure and business trips. My stay was a very good one from beginning to end, and I look forward to coming back.
