We arrived around 8 p.m., during the normal check-in window, but there was no staff and no way to get into the BnB. We'd confirmed and prepaid successfully, yet the booking details gave no contact information. After finding a number on Google, we called over and over and kept getting hung up on. It took nearly two hours to reach the person in charge, and it was very hard to communicate in English. The whole situation was terrible, so we gave up and didn't stay. Worst accommodation experience I've had.

We stayed here on New Year's Eve 2025, and the rooms were comfortable. It's practically on Piazza Risorgimento, with St. Peter's and Ottaviano metro station about five minutes away, so it's an excellent base for seeing the city. We'll definitely come back.

I stayed here for 8 nights, close to everything, behind the Pope's room. I definitely recommend it.

There isn't a reception, but everything worked perfectly, and the location is absolutely worth it. My single room was clean and perfectly adequate. The bathroom had weak ventilation and smelled a little musty, but I'd book this place again right away. It did exactly what I needed.

The apartment had been renovated into a place with many rooms, and some guests weren't very polite or quiet at night. Still, it was very clean and everything felt new, with spectacular views of the cupolone. Communication over whatsapp was very friendly. I stayed one night in May 2025.
