Laura was more than helpful and always replied within half an hour, so you can really rely on her. The charming apartment was very clean and had everything our family of four needed. It’s in a calm, central part of Rome, and all the main sights are close enough to walk to, so we didn’t need public transport. We had a great experience, would gladly recommend it, and would love to return.

The owner was polite and very helpful. The apartment was spotless, and there were lots of restaurants and cafes close by. Fantastic location.

10/10
The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and even left us breakfast basics like milk, coffee pods, and biscuits. The apartment was tidy, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Its location worked perfectly for us: downtown, 100 meters from Barberini metro station, with the Sistina Theater just behind it and bars and restaurants that felt less touristy. One of our best choices.

4/10
It’s central and close to everything, but the apartment was much darker than the photos suggested. The sofa bed faces the main entrance, and the noise made it impossible to sleep. The place needs painting, and the windows are hard to open and close. There were no hangers or kitchen towels, among other small things that could be fixed. Getting around with luggage is awkward: there’s a staircase up to the apartment, which is difficult with large suitcases, trolleys, or a wheelchair. At the entrance to the building, two steps lead to a hole in the stone walkway. I stepped on it, twisted my foot, and sprained it.
