The room was very clean and had everything we needed, though the entrance and lift worried me at first. It's hard to find the door because the place is essentially an apartment block, but the friendly staff came out to meet us. They were very friendly throughout, and the stay offers great value. The location is quiet and pleasant, about a 20-minute walk to Piazza Novano. There was a hot water problem on the first morning, but the staff worked hard to fix it for day two. Water pressure is still very limited because it's an old building. A fantastic bakery and cafe downstairs is a big plus. It was a fine, decent place to rest after a busy day in Rome.

The book swap shelf was such a nice touch, and we really liked having free coffee and tea. We stayed four nights and felt welcome and safe the whole time. The Wi-Fi was good and the location worked well. At night the room temperature sometimes swung from too cold to too warm, though it was manageable.

We’re very grateful for such a lovely stay. Everyone we met on staff was professional, and Mateo at the front desk paid wonderful attention to the details. We really appreciated the experience.

We were three adults and had enough room, and the price was affordable. Shops, groceries, restaurants, and the Vatican were all close by. The place itself was clean and cozy, but Emily’s service was what stood out: she was warm, helpful, and made sure we had what we needed. Her local tips made the trip even better. We had a wonderful two-night stay in Rome. Thanks, Emily, you made it special 😊 From Sydney, Australia 🇦🇺 ❤️⭐️🙌

The area felt quiet and safe, and St.Peter's Basilica was about a 15-minute walk away. We had a deluxe room with a very comfortable bed and everything we needed. Coffee, snacks, and cakes were offered too. The staff were kind, and everything went smoothly. We thought it was a perfect place for us and would happily recommend it.
