Cola Di Rienzo Halldis Apartment

Aldo and Audrey, thank you so much! We had a great time and would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Rome. The staff were warm and helpful, and our clean, comfortable room was well organized. The location was just right.

Netflix was a fun extra, and Audrey, the breakfast girl ;), is really lovely. The apartment is comfortable and in a great spot, but the owner’s kindness and willingness to help were the best part. Highly recommended.

Prati suited us so well, with a calmer feel than the more touristy parts of town. Buses, the metro, restaurants and the Vatican are all conveniently close, making it a great base for exploring. The bed was on the firm side, though we slept well enough. We enjoyed the Roman-style breakfasts when we could make them, but our early starts often meant leaving before service. Audrey and Hannah were lovely hosts and made fantastic cappuccino. Aldo helped us sort out transport back to the airport after we arrived by bus, and shared some very good places to eat. It was a family-run B&B with a welcoming feel, and we had a wonderful few days experiencing local Roman life. We’d happily return on another trip to Rome.

There’s somewhere to leave your bags if your flight is late, which let us spend more time seeing the city. The place also felt very secure. The staff were friendly, answered our questions and offered helpful advice. Sant’ Angelo Castle is very close, and it’s easy to get to the Spanish Steps too. I’d recommend staying here, 10/10.
