We were made to feel awkward and unwelcome when we arrived at 9am, even though we knew check-in wasn't until 3pm. Breakfast was very basic, and it felt uncomfortable when staff stared at guests as they took food. The rooms were extremely small. Staff were rude throughout, especially the receptionist, who sometimes even raised her voice at us. That was completely unprofessional. It wasn't a pleasant stay, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The terrace was a favorite, peaceful and nicely arranged, just right for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. Inside, our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, very clean, and had a cozy bed. We found the stay extremely comfortable. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the whole place feel welcoming. The hotel met all my expectations, and I'd definitely return. I'd recommend it to anyone after quality accommodation, a lovely atmosphere, and staff who are professional but still warm.

The rooms were a little smaller than I expected, but acceptable for the price. The location is nice, close to shops and metro stations. The only downside was that there was no housekeeping on Sundays.

The rooms are new and clean, and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast is basic. Also, don't count on the elevator mentioned in the description. To get in or out, you need to wait by the door, ring the bell, and have reception let you in from inside.

The rooms were good and the staff friendly, but breakfast was a problem for us as vegetarians. Eggs were the only protein we ate, and they always seemed to be out. Somehow they never planned for what the guests needed. The boutique hotel is nicely located near Manzoni Metro Station, supermarkets, and restaurants. Parking could be an issue if you're driving.
