Breakfast was a real highlight. The staff serving it were so kind and looked after us wonderfully each morning. The front desk team were very friendly too, and the location made it easy for us to reach the main sights and lively central areas. Our stay at Relais Trevi 95 Boutique Hotel was very pleasant, with a comfortable bed and a room that felt quite new. The layout did concern me. There’s a small step up just after entering, followed by another step down into the room. With no warning signs, I nearly tripped several times, especially at night. That could be dangerous, and I hope the hotel fixes it before somebody gets hurt. There was also a slight smell of recent renovation, so we had to open the window now and then. It’s a nice boutique hotel with comfortable rooms, a good location, and excellent breakfast service.

We had to find somewhere to stay in Rome at 3 AM after a problem with our Airbnb, and this hotel was very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay. It’s a busy area, but the windows are excellent, so street noise didn’t come through. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. Recommended.

The service was incredible from everyone, including the breakfast team and the cleaning crew. I’d give them an extra star if I could. The staff were professional, friendly, and went out of their way to help. Chiara was especially wonderful: she helped us with the language and gave us tips and advice. I wish we could take her home with us! Guiseppi was helpful too and helped secure things. Five plus stars for the staff.

Joo and Chiara both went above and beyond, and they represent Relais Trevi 95 wonderfully. Joo gave me a terrific bar experience. He was professional, skilled, personable, and attentive, and made me feel valued. Chiara was a pleasure as well; her management style made things feel secure and efficient, and her warmth and people skills added a lot to my visit. I stayed here first in March 2019, and the great service has stayed consistent. The area is busy, but I’d return to Relais Trevi 95 because of the outstanding service from Joo, Chiara, and the rest of the staff. As a vice president who manages many people, I know what good service looks like. I highly recommend the hotel for its customer service. I hope this review recognizes the wonderful work of Joo and Chiara and the quality of Relais Trevi 95. Sincerely, James

Being right in the historic centre means there are plenty of restaurants and famous landmarks just a short walk away. It’s my favorite 4-star hotel in Rome, and the hotel itself is wonderful too. The rooms are clean, and the bathroom was more spacious than I expected. Breakfast is served on the rooftop, with options like cereal, eggs cooked to order, pastries, yogurt, meats, and cheeses. Later on, you can head up for a spritz, a welcome treat after a day of sightseeing. It’s a small hotel and books up fast, so I’d reserve well ahead.
