Relax ON Hostel 24/7

The room was freezing, and there was no hot water. The breakfast service was bad too. Breakfast for the following day is provided from 9 to 10 in the evening. Cold, cold, cold room.

This was one of our worst experiences. We booked through booking.com and got three messages saying they couldn’t verify my credit card, even though every other hotel on our 10-day trip to Italy had verified it successfully. Eventually they contacted us on WhatsApp and put us in a room in another building. It was old and unsatisfactory.

We had a memorable, relaxing stay at Relax on 247 Hotel. The hotel is in a peaceful area away from the city bustle, but still close enough to major attractions and transport links to explore easily. The staff were wonderful from the moment I arrived, greeting me warmly and eager to help. At check-in, the front desk team were efficient and knowledgeable, and made the process smooth. The luxurious accommodation, rejuvenating spa, and delicious dining all added to the experience. I highly recommend it if you want somewhere to relax and unwind.

We were glad to be so close to the train station for our early train the next morning. We spent three nights in a private double room, and it was the best stay we could have asked for. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and there was AC. The shared bathroom was always clean and had everything we needed. The staff were polite and ready to help, and we really enjoyed their service. Breakfast every morning was great too. I’d definitely recommend it for a few nights in Rome!
