We were surprised when we arrived. The person managing these apartments told us our room was in another building a few minutes' walk from the address in the booking. We were a family of four, and apparently the rooms in the listed building couldn't fit us. We followed him there reluctantly, but the alternative apartment turned out to suit our needs. It's on a busy street, with a metro entrance, busy bus stop, and park right at the door. The apartment was spacious enough for all four of us and had secure access. There was a convenience store beside the entrance, plus lots of cafes, restaurants, and bars a few minutes away. We mostly walked to the sights during our three days in Rome, and the location worked well. We were out sightseeing most of the time and mainly used the apartment to sleep, but it was nice to come back to a clean, tidy room. Staff communication was easy, and they spoke good English. The apartments are about 30 minutes from Ciampino Airport.

We had three people and were taken to a different location about a five-minute walk away, since the address shown was for check-in and rooms for two. The host was friendly and even let us check in early at 1030am. The room was spacious, clean, had everything we needed, and felt great to stay in. It's within walking distance of roma termini and a metro station, so getting around was easy. I'd definitely stay here again. I'd moved from another hotel that wasn't very good, and this place felt amazing by comparison.

We were three people staying here after traveling for weeks, and the host in Rome was the best we'd had. The receptionist Amini was amazing and helped us however he could. I'm sorry if I've spelled his name wrong, and I can't thank him enough. You get what you need for a small price. Best guy ever.

The rooms were clean, the staff kind, and the price was low. I really enjoyed my stay in Rome. There's a faboulose Pasticceria right by the hotel door.
