Residenza Alexander is a great base in Prati for exploring Rome. The rooms were quiet and clean, and Max gave us useful tips during our stay. We needed to leave our luggage 2.5 hours before check-in, but after we let Max know, we were able to check in early instead.

Max made the stay fantastic. He was incredibly helpful with the best guides, recommendations, and everything else we asked for. The room was clean, good value, and we were very happy. We'll stay at Residenza Alexander again next time we're in Rome.

We always choose Residenza Alexander when we're in Rome. It's under a 10-minute walk from the Vatican, and it's accessible by car. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and Max, the owner, is there with suggestions for restaurants and things to do. A great stay.

Max took such good care of us. He made us feel so welcome, more like we were staying at his home than in a hotel, and made our time in Rome really lovely. Thanks for everything, Max. If I come back to Rome, this is where I'll stay. It's a lovely hotel with easy access to the Vatican, restaurants, and gelato nearby.

Getting around on foot worked really well from this central spot. The Colosseum was the longest walk, about 40 minutes, and walking is a great way to see Rome. Our room was kept clean and nicely presented each day, and the host was friendly, helpful, and knew the local restaurants and sights well.
