The rooms are roomy, spotless, and have a gleaming en-suite bathroom. The property feels new and nicely finished, with extra comfort at very good prices. It’s in the city center, in a convenient area just steps from the metro. The owners are exceptionally kind and ready to help with anything. I highly recommend it and hope I can return soon.

Getting into the city center is easy, with the metro and tram close by, and the location is good. But traffic makes the rooms very noisy early in the morning, around 5-6 a.m. There’s no reception service or breakfast, which is satisfactory. It feels more like a pied-à-terre than a hotel.

The building itself is a pleasure, with broad corridors and roomy interiors, and the rooms are spacious with a reasonable amount of privacy. Everything felt new and was furnished well, unlike the really careless decor I’ve come across in other B&Bs. It also feels like real Rome, not overly touristy, while still being just 10 minutes from all the beauty of Rome. I stayed three days and it was perfect. Well done!
