We got there a few hours before check-in and really appreciated being able to leave our luggage. The staff were always friendly, and the room was so clean, with comfortable beds and a great view. They also provided water and coffee in the room, a lovely touch. The included breakfast next door was wonderful, especially the orange juice, the best I’ve ever had. There are so many food options right outside, and the location couldn’t be beat. My husband and I stayed three nights and would love to return to Rome and stay here again.

The rooms are on the small side, but there’s enough space, and you can pay a little extra for a bigger Superior room and bathroom. The windows are double sealed, so street noise from the restaurants and bars below wasn’t a problem at night. I also slept really well on one of the best mattresses I’ve had while traveling. The staff were lovely and very helpful. They replenished the complimentary drinks, coffee, tea, and sweet snacks in our room every day. The hotel is beautiful and close to everything, and its prices were much lower than nearby hotels. This was one of my most memorable stays. I couldn’t have asked for better service or a better location. Big thanks to everyone.

The room was much smaller than I expected from the photos, really tiny, and the warm blankets felt cheap and synthetic. I’d recommend this hotel if you just need somewhere to sleep and leave your luggage. If you want to spend time relaxing in your room, I’d probably look elsewhere. The location is very central, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the bathroom was roomy enough to be comfortable, which isn’t always a given in Italy. Noise wasn’t an issue either.

We ordered from the Dolce menu but only got the pizza. After waiting 90 minutes, we finally managed to get the staff’s attention. They brought the bill and tried to charge us for the tiramisu we never received. The service was horrible, and the staff didn’t seem interested in serving us. Don’t go there.
