We had use of the whole kitchen, with coffee and snacks there for free. The rooms were spotless and had all the essentials. Everyone was friendly, and the central location made getting around easy by nearby bus or metro, especially if walking is difficult. We’ll definitely return!

I was very disappointed and dissatisfied. The owner wouldn’t refund us, and we lost all the money we’d paid after rebooking at another hotel. The place was VERY DIRTY, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The photos don’t reflect the property. The lock on the street-facing front door was broken, and using the key was difficult. With so many homeless people nearby, we felt very unsafe.

The location worked really well, close to both the city centre and Termini, where you can catch buses, trains, and the metro. Our room was lovely and seemed new, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was very kind and helpful.

We stayed four nights and had no real issues. Everything was clean, the staff were helpful, and breakfast was just what you’d want. I’d recommend it to others.

Right in the heart of Rome, with a good location and warm hospitality. A good place to stay!
