For getting around on foot, Chez Diana is ideally placed for the Holy See, the Cipro Metro stop, and Mercator Falle, a wonderful market for real Romans with many stalls on Via Andrea Doria. Diana is a charming hostess who really cares about guests having a good stay. The B&B is small but VERY CLEAN. There was lots of graffiti in the neighborhood, but we never felt at risk and enjoyed being away from the tourist crowds near the Spanish Steps/Trevi Fountain. One helpful detail: the doorbell is on the left side of the courtyard gate. We only noticed the buttons on the right at first, very typical of us Americans.
