We slept well here because the room was quiet, away from the restaurants and bars. Termini was a manageable walk, and the Colosseum took about 30 minutes on foot, though that felt a bit far. The room had a very large, comfortable bed, and it and the bathroom were very clean. Massimo, the assistant or manager, was very helpful. The one issue was the shower, where the water pressure was on the low side.

The hotel was quiet and felt safe, and we could walk to the train station, metro, and buses. Our rooms were spacious and cleaned every day, and the owner was very attentive. One small thing: the floor was cold, so slippers in the room would have made it more comfortable than walking around in shoes or socks. I’d gladly stay here again if I return to Rome. Thanks for everything.

Massimo and his wife were great hosts. They gave us information when we arrived and a tourist map. Our family room had three single beds, all comfortable, and everything was spotless, including the sheets. There was a hairdryer, fridge, and toiletries, and the room was well equipped. Termini was only a couple of minutes away on foot, right in the city center, so we didn’t waste time traveling. Absolutely fantastic place, highly recommended.

Massimo was a great host. The room was modern and very spacious, with air conditioning. They made the beds and brought fresh towels every day, which was just what we needed in a hot city like Rome. Being so close to Rome Termini station also made it easy to get everywhere.
