We found the room very comfortable. The bed was large, the shower had plenty of hot water, and the kitchenette, though small and in the bedroom, worked for us. The host was helpful, with straightforward check-in instructions and useful recommendations. I chose Residenza Spada by looking at its position on a map, and it turned out to be a good call. Piazza Navona is about a five-minute walk away, as is Trastevere across the Tiber. Campo de Fioro nearby was a nice surprise, with lots of restaurants and shops. The Vatican is around a 30-minute walk north, and The Colesseum about the same distance south. We had a very pleasant stay.

Campo de Fiori is close by, and it's easy to get over to Trastevere. The location is lovely, with groceries and restaurants within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, the shower worked well, and the room and view were fine. The building is old and quaint, which has its charm, but there are stairs, so it's not a good fit if you have trouble with them. Amenities are sparse. The coffee maker didn't work and nobody fixed it, so we had to go out for coffee every morning.

The staff were kind, and I felt safe here. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and everything looked newly updated. It's beautifully decorated and in a perfect spot. I'll definitely stay here next time.

We stayed on the top floor and had a magnificent rooftop terrace. A great stay right in the heart of Rome ❤️.
