We couldn't use the terrace at all. It hadn't been cleaned, and the tables and chairs were covered in bird droppings. There was mold in the shower, too. Three of our five nights were ruined by loud music right outside the bedroom windows. Closing the windows made no difference, and it went on until 1:30-2:00. We tried speaking to the party hosts, but got no response. Mia, the aparthotel manager, did nothing to stop it. We didn't get an apology or any compensation, either. It felt like the management didn't care about the guests. The sleepless nights affected our health, and migraines spoiled our vacation. For the high price of the room, that lack of concern felt insulting. We came away with a terrible impression of the hotel.

Rosie, the property manager, was kind and helpful, which made my stay better. The apartment was excellent, though a bit pricey for me. My unit was next to the laundry room, so there was some noise.

The beds were comfortable, and check-in and check-out were easy. The rooms were nice, parking was available, and the city center and some good restaurants were nearby.

Rosi was great, and the rooms were excellent and really clean. My only complaint is the sofa bed mattress. It was painful to sleep on.

There were ants all through both rooms, and so much insecticide. The corners were covered in mold.
