My partner had a confirmed booking for next week, with payment due at the property, and she's already in Italy. The hotel canceled it because they said they needed to verify her card, even though it had been verified three times. They've now lost a £395 booking. I'll gladly tell people how you treat potential customers, and I won't recommend you.

We had a great stay at Roma paradise, which is also called "Hotel Orbis". The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was excellent, with delicious croissants and a real bakery feel. Wi-Fi was free and worked well. The bathroom is shared, but it was quite clean overall, and they changed the towels daily. There was also a refrigerator for guests to chill food and drinks, which was really handy. The rooms could get a little warm and noisy, but it's summer in central Roma, so that felt normal. The location is very central. We walked to the Colosseum, the Trevis-Fountain, the Forum Romanum, and the Vatican. Greetings, Felix & Laetitia

The room was decent, the rates were reasonable, and the location was amazing, just 100 meters from Termini train station. Spagna is five train stops away, and the Colloseum is two. The staff were super friendly and incredibly hospitable. The shared bathroom was a bit dirty, but there weren't any other problems.

We arrived to check in, but nobody seemed to be in the building. Calls and texts got no reply, and we were left in limbo for two hours before booking another apartment at a decent price. Avoid this place at all costs.
