The staff were very polite and helpful with every question and request. The place is very close to the train station, Rome Termini. I had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend it!

I've never encountered staff so unhelpful and stubborn. They wouldn't allow check-in when our flight arrived late at night, and after we waited at the airport until morning, they said checking in wasn't possible. Disgusting behavior. We expected better on our first trip to Italy.

The support staff were excellent, and the room was very clean, though a bit small. I found the rules posted in the room aggressive in tone, almost threatening, and the owner should review the English wording. Breakfast was served at a cafe 5 to 10 minutes away, and it was pretty sparse, so I only went once. That was disappointing for a place advertised as bed and breakfast.

I slept really well, with hardly any noise from outside, and the location was perfect. The room was clean, the service was good, and the host made us feel welcome. There was coffee and tea in the room, and the price for the quality was really good. A lovely B&B, and I'd come back if I'm in Rome again.
