This is basically a room in an apartment, not a three star hotel. The train station is only about five minutes away, which is handy, and the room has a shared balcony. They give you a card for “breakfast” downstairs, where you can get a croissant and coffee. The sheets were clean, but everything else in the room felt old. The bed covers looked ancient, and I couldn't tell when they'd last been washed. The bathroom was clean, though the toilet seat was broken and the shower was creaky. Nobody showed us where the kitchen was. We got through one night, but booking it was our mistake. I'd only stay here if I were really on a budget and knew what I was getting.

Hi, does anyone know if this place is operating? I'm worried about my reservation because they haven't replied to my emails or phone calls. Does anyone know why they're treating customers this way?
