We had the semi-private terrace right outside our room both times we stayed, and it was a lovely spot to unwind after a long day of travel. The hotel is right by Termini Station, an easy walk of about 500 meters with your bags. The rooms are nice, and the terrace is amazing. You can hear some noise from the streetcar outside, but it stops at night, and the hotel provides complimentary earplugs.

The common kitchen was handy for warming my baby's food and washing her bottles. They also had a filter for refilling water bottles. The location was excellent and made staying here with my baby really convenient.

The room stayed warm, even though we were there in October. It wasn't a problem then, but I'm not sure how it would feel in summer. It can be noisy, and we had the windows open because of the warmth, but the earplugs helped and we slept fine. The hotel felt very safe and is ideally placed for Rome's tourist sights, close to the train for when it's time to leave. Both hop-on, hop-off stops 1 and 2 are less than an eight-minute walk away. I'd stay here again.

The terrace was a lovely bonus, and the rooms were spacious and really nice. Staff were super friendly, and the location made it easy to walk around or catch one of the many buses. For the price, I don't think you can find a better hotel in Rome. The tram outside can be noisy depending on your room, though they provide earplugs and free great coffee. Our bathroom was clean apart from one small patch of mold that may have been missed. We'd choose this hotel again next time we're in Rome.
