The staff were really nice, and the shower was great. The heater worked well, and there wasn’t much noise from inside or outside. Rome Termini is close by, though reception was almost empty every day. The beds creak when you move, and there were stains on the sheet. The place wasn’t very clean, and the bathroom smelled strongly. Opening the window cleared the smell quickly. I’d personally recommend it for a group of two or three 🤗🙏.

The website photos don’t match what’s actually there. The room hasn’t been renovated in a long time, the shelves are falling apart, and the sofa is worn. There was no hot water or water pressure in the bathroom. The window wouldn’t open, the air conditioner didn’t work, and the internet wasn’t good. The bathroom also had a strong sewage and mold smell. I don’t recommend this hotel.

I’d give it 2/10. The bed and sofa were uncomfortable, and the place hadn’t been cleaned. There was an electricity problem, and we kept calling the manager, but he didn’t respond. The washroom was poor, with very low water pressure, and nobody came to clean the room. The water pressure was a major problem. Worst 😐.

The location was good, and the A/C, bed, and staff were nice. Still, you get what you pay for. There were unhoused people sleeping in front of the door, so I’m not sure I’d have felt safe traveling alone. The bathroom also needed attention, with hair, rust, or maybe mold in the shower stall.

They put me in a room half the size of the one I booked and told me to contact Booking.com after my stay. Booking.com said they couldn’t help because the property wouldn’t refund me, so I’m disappointed with their customer service too. Now I can’t leave a review on Booking.com because the property changed its name slightly and the site doesn’t recognize my reservation. It used to be called Rome Inn Italy and is now Rome InnItaly. This is a huge scam. Stay away!
