Room with a view 105

The bed was comfortable even for my mom's bad back, and the air conditioning and shower were both really good. Service was amazing and communication was easy. The location is perfect, with little bistros nearby and the main city center within walking distance. 10/10, would come back.

The hosts were lovely and helpful. They picked us up from the train station and shared lots of useful tips, which helped make for an amazing stay. We’d come back anytime. Our room was beautiful and very clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Breakfast came to the room and had a good variety. The city is walkable, while bus, tram, and Metro stops are just around the corner. There are all kinds of shops, cafés, a supermarket, and restaurants on the street.

It felt like we were staying in a friend's Rome apartment, and we’d love to see Manual again on our next visit. He found me on What's App when I had no cell coverage while traveling, arranged to meet us at our arrival point, and gave us a guided tour of the neighborhood with great tips for restaurants, sights, and local amenities. Room 105 With A View is only about an 8-minute walk from the Colosseum, so we explored historic Rome on foot. The room was modern with Italian styling, and the original 1850's tiled floor gave it a historic feel. It was very clean, with a lovely view of the church across the street, a comfortable bed, and an immaculate modern bathroom. We felt relaxed and welcome. Breakfast was included and served six days a week at the café next door, with barista-made coffee and fresh local croissants. Sunday was a special treat, with homemade cake, cereal choices, and fruit juices.

Loved the Nespresso coffee and tea each morning, and there’s an elevator in the building, so we didn’t have to haul luggage up the stairs. The room has a lovely design with lots of thoughtful little touches, and the modern upgrades are great. Great location, too. The host was super friendly and helpful! 5/5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
