Rossana Guest House

The rooms were clean and really comfortable. rossana was a wonderful host and made our stay feel special. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The thin walls made the stay unbearable. We could hear everything from the neighbors, and there was dust everywhere, with stains on the carpets. The furniture felt cheap, and check-in was difficult because there’s no front desk. The owner was rude and unhelpful. The website gave a misleading impression, and the apartments didn’t meet the standards advertised. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Anna was attentive and helpful with our messages and late-night check-in. The place was clean and tidy, and it worked well for our short stay near the train station before leaving the next day. We did have noisy neighbors, but she kindly helped us ask them to turn down their voices and music. Good value for money.

The whole place felt like a scam, and unfortunately we couldn’t cancel and get our money back. The rooms were tiny, humid, and smelly, with very old floor tiles that even had holes. The bathroom and utilities were old and poor quality, and there was no sound insulation, so we heard other guests moving around early in the morning. The entrance door was old and wouldn’t close properly, which felt unsafe in such an unsafe neighborhood.
