Rovati Guest House

Angela kindly let us leave our luggage in the lobby after checkout so we could explore Rome a little longer. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Rovati Guest House is conveniently placed between the Vatican and Piazza del Popolo, about a 15-minute walk from either. There’s a Pewex supermarket around five minutes away for last-minute things like soap or shampoo, and a small elevator takes you up to the third floor.

We had a perfect week at the Rovati. Mavi was caring, and the welcome was very thoughtful. The house is in a quiet, secure spot, well placed for reaching Roma's sights quickly either on foot or by metro. Our room was well equipped, very clean, and had a nice private bathroom. Rovati Guesthouse was a highlight of my Rome trip, and I can’t recommend it enough. In the charming Prati neighborhood, it’s a peaceful, welcoming base for exploring the city and experiencing authentic Roman life. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with modern comforts and a touch of Italian charm. I especially liked the comfortable bed and cozy feel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready with tips on what to see and do, and made me feel right at home. Prati is quieter than some of the more tourist-heavy districts, yet within walking distance of major sights like the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. Local cafes and restaurants are nearby for authentic Roman cuisine. I can’t wait to return!
