The room itself was spacious, but it was extremely noisy, both from outside and from the neighboring rooms, especially the bathroom used by other guests. We couldn't shower because the water was cold, and without a curtain over the tub, it seemed likely we'd flood the whole bathroom. We'd booked the largest room, which they described as “the best,” with its own bathroom. We also felt uneasy because they hadn't confirmed that our room keys were different from the others.

What made the stay special was the welcome. The woman who greeted us was wonderful, always smiling, kind, and ready to help. She made us feel at home straight away and gave us useful advice on getting around Rome. The place was clean and well cared for, and the location made exploring the city easy. We had a perfect stay and will definitely come back! 😊🥰
