The staff were friendly, and the rooms felt secure. Climate control was good, and the bathroom was really nice. Beds were very comfortable, WiFi was fast, and having a full kitchen was handy. The location is great, near the Vatican, restaurants, and supermarkets.

From the balcony, you can see the Vatican, about a five-minute walk away. The apartment is lovely and in a great spot. The owner was very kind, helped us a lot, and was available at any time of day. Definitely recommend it!

The place had plenty of room and lots of different sleeping options, but several things needed attention. There was no toilet seat; it was broken and left beside the toilet. The shower head and its holder were broken too, making the shower pretty poor, and the blocked drain meant the tray filled up quickly. I'm no handyman, but I think the toilet and shower could have been fixed in an hour for less than €100. We told the owner on the first day. He said he'd take care of it, but apparently not while we were there. Maybe we were the first guests in a while, though I'm not sure whether this is normal practice.
